If anyone is thinking of buying one of these then,DON'T-DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA!
It is still being sold as 'compatible' with windows Ten,which it is, up to version 1607, but as soon as you update to the Fall Creators update 1709, it gets wiped off your system! You can then shove it in a drawer and wait for a 'patch' from Microsoft or buy another camera that doesn't rely on Bill Gates' stuff! How much faith can you have in a firm that can't even support its own products ,on its own systems?
If someone can suggest an alternative ,reliable replacement I shall be obliged.
Cheers

But on a brighter note: it was always a crappy camera anyway.

I don't think the quality of the camera is the issue here! It's the principle of being 'ripped off' and the fact that Microsoft
has acknowledged as much by offering solutions ,that the customer then has to attempt, only to discover that the product, bought in good faith, is not 'fit for purpose'.
Surely that's the manufacturers responsibility?
