There’s no way I can get in touch with Amazon UK , their emails are generic are can’t be replied to, their phone service is now none existent same as their live chat, I was told in a generic email my refund of £202 would be issued in 5-7 business days, this was on the 11May!!!
Anyone any ideas ?
If you find the "Contact" at the bottom of their site you get get into a "chat". I used this method three times when Hermes kept failing to collect a package I wanted to return.
Sorry Bobbi - I missed your reference to live chat in your OP. The chats I've had have been early morning (9am ish),so perhaps try around that time tomorrow.
use chat, its a bit of a struggle to find it, so far as I recall, its in the customer service returns and refund string. You get pretty much sorted instantly although you may have to wait for a rep.
At 18:51 I rang the number given above and get through to Amazon, when you say ‘unobtainable’ do you get a message to that effect or it just doesn’t connect?
