There’s no way I can get in touch with Amazon UK , their emails are generic are can’t be replied to, their phone service is now none existent same as their live chat, I was told in a generic email my refund of £202 would be issued in 5-7 business days, this was on the 11May!!!
Anyone any ideas ?

If you find the "Contact" at the bottom of their site you get get into a "chat". I used this method three times when Hermes kept failing to collect a package I wanted to return.

Do what bhg says above - use their ‘Chat’ facility. I’ve used it several times recently with excellent results.

use chat, its a bit of a struggle to find it, so far as I recall, its in the customer service returns and refund string. You get pretty much sorted instantly although you may have to wait for a rep.

Have you checked your amazon account? Last time I got a refund I had accidentally ticked to have it returned as an amazon gift card.
