I'd Like To Return A Jumper To Amazon

I've never returned anything there before. It gives different options of which carrier to use. How do I know which is the cheapest option ?

It's the the ladies size 18 fluffy wunsy chenille jumper in pink at 14.99 on amazon. I can't post my order details as it shows up my address etc.

That's a third party seller but they allow returns. So have you clicked on return?

You need to contact the seller, tell them the jumper is not fit for purpose as it is shedding too much. Hopefully they will give you a free postage label

There was a programme on a few weeks ago about Amazon.

In it they said that sometimes the fashion returns are binned.

I have started a return to amazon . Couldn't seem to find a contact seller. I have put its defective. They have told me to wrap and take it to a local Hermes shop. I am hoping for a full refund.

Omg loved the look of this . So ordered another before trying it on . I could see it came up very big so ordered 2 sizes down .
So put it on , omg l have fluff all around the house. It’s driving me crazy .
So lm going to send the newly ordered one back . There’s fluff from this jumper all on my other clothes . On the floor dear God lm going to have to through this away .

Sorry, I do buy a lot from Amazon but have never bought from Amazon fashion.I don't know how you can return it if you don't have an invoice or a returns label in the parcel.

That's ok. I have now followed the Amazon return for faulty goods. I have to take into a Hermes shop. I have a bar code.
