my mums mate has loads of 'special' baubles from macys and bloomingdales in new york, and it got me wondering, is there anywhere in england or online where i can get some really special baubles, either on-line or actual shops?

i will, i have to admit, i got some plain large baubles in town today and have just decorated them with personal messages, and they look fab! still i am sure i can spend some money for next xmas!

And if you want to get all eco friendly and make your own, why not bake a few biscuits with holes in ready to be hung?

If you're into the hand made idea, this looks really nice, and you can bake in things like silver dragees, candied fruit and so on, then write on with icing to make them personal. Hang with coloured ribbons, and eat on the day - nicer than stale chocs anytime.

And don't forget to hug a tree after!! (but not a spikey Christmas tree, they hurt).
