Spar :-(

My local coop has recently been taken over by Spar. I bought a prick and ping chicken jalfrezi a couple of weeks ago. On opening I discovered that it contained only 2 pieces of chicken. Emails were sent and I was compensated.
The curry cost me £2-79.
What compensation did I receive?

Yup, a measly £4-00. I made a grand total of £1-21 after sending several emails.
I've spent it on milk and won't be buying any more foodstuffs from Spar.

I use them for my newspapers & odds & sods of foodstuff I forget from my main shop. It's only 200yds from my flat.

We have a Spar shop in a local village. I buy bits and pieces from them, but I wouldn't buy cheap ready meals. To be honest, Melv, for £2.79 you can't really expect a lot. For the sake of another £1 or so you could buy this.
