I dont need a cover for the bucket
Roadman, check the link I gave on the previous page that tells you the marks to look for.
"Virgin" plastic...ie "new" material, not made from recycled stuff.
"The growing concern around BPA has led to the production of several types of BPA-free plastics. Polypropylene is one type of plastic that’s free of BPA"

It's used for food and drinks containers and I checked to see if alcohol affects it and it doesn't.

Just wondering though.....instead of bring a bottle do we have to bring a bucket, Roadman.... :-)
I'd be concerned that the alcohol could react with the plastic; you don't want to risk turning your guests orange after all!

Better to have a scout round the charity shops for a large glass or metal vessel instead.

In the Caribbean, they drink 100% proof rum out of plastic cups. They're all still alive.
