Is It Ok If I Wash My Hair Twice?

My hair still seems to have shampoo in it and abit wet from weather earlier is it OK to wash again or shall I leave it?

I'd have thought working in McDonalds your hair needs washing every single day anyway, it must pick up the smell of food, it would for all of us so not a personal comment.

Years ago, the instructions on shampoo bottles used to say to wash, rinse and repeat. They wanted you to use more product but I doubt doing that caused any harm.

Yes, wash it if you need to. I need only wash mine once, with a good rinse afterwards with water.
