which jeans?

i would like to buy a decent pair of jeans, i seem to have terrible trouble and usually give up trying them on in the shops due to frustration, i am fairly tall 5ft 7 slim on the hips and bottom, but have quite a thickish waist any help would be appreciated.

Assuming you are female, try men's jeans - they will not assume a thinner waist.

Hi Scorpio...you could be me with those measurements!I have 4 (yes 4) pairs in different colours of Levis Marissa.They are a square cut and fit me like a dream! Give them a try.I get 32/34 leg depending on my shoes!If you can, go to a Levis Store.The staff are brilliant and seem to be able to find a fit for everyone!
