Simple DAB Radio

Hi

I am trying to find a simple DAB Radio for my elderly grandmother that isn't too complicated for me to teach her to use (as similar to the old analogue radios as poss.) as she only wants it to listen to 3 or 4 stations. Most of the radio's she has looked at are far too complex for her. If anyone could help that would be fab!

The main functions she's looking for are:

- Preset buttons (i.e. no complicated scrolling to find stations)

- Good reception to LBC

- Snooze button

try www.argos.co.uk they have a range of dab radios,And if i remember rightly they tune in automaticaly so this will help ur grandmother.let me know how they search goes

Another thing you may want to consider is the display brightness, I bought this one for my Dad because it�s got very simple push button pre-sets for his favourite stations but the display is very bright (he hangs a cloth over it!).

I�m sure that if you�re buying a clock radio they�d have thought of that though!

Remember to check if she can use a DAB radio in her area. I bought one for my Gran at xmas and it turned out that she cant use it in her area yet which was disappointing.

I was bought a Ferguson FRG-120G it has 4 presets a sleep timer and a snooze button, its very easy to use and brillant reception. The reception to LBC will depend on which area you are in but as it is DAB you either get reception or you dont.
