CD Jungle
I just wanted to share with everyone the really bad customer service I have received from CD jungle
I placed my order a month ago and have waited and waited for me CD, after 7 e-mails, 3 messages I had a response saying we'll send it again, whats your address again? hummmm not impressed, I'm now still waiting for a refund or a reponse even, what more can I do? has anyone else had problems?

After promises of refund and delivery (after nearly 9 weeks of waiting) i sent an email mentioning Watchdog/Trading Standards and had a refund AND the CD within 4 days.Not sure of the CD was on the way anyway, but was ok in end i guess!!
I now use www.cdwow.com and have never had a problem, delivery is quick and CD was in perfect condition.
cdwow or play.com have always offered great prices and great variety of products (play often has things that cdwow doesnt). also delivery has been extremely prompt and well packed. only on one occasion did a package not turn up and to be fair it was over the xmas period when no doubt many things go awol. it only took one email and the item was reposted asap.
as for cdjungle.....used them once never again. the problem with jungles is the amount of monkeys....you cant always see them but they're always there to muck things up and they disappear when you realise theres something up!
