What are those type of necklaces called that have a big hoop that a kind of T bar goes through to do it up? & that bit sits at the front of your neck, not round the back? Maybe they don't have a name....? Jade Goody's mum was wearing one when she got evicted from BB.

Looks like they're called 'T-Bars' now - I've alway known them as watch chains.
