I too have ordered goods and not received them. There is a statement on shoppingtelly.com today which states that the company has gone bust. It states that customers who have not received goods should contact their credit card company or bank immediately to make them aware of the situation. Hope this is of some help! Fingers crossed that we may have a positive result.

I suppose at least we know that they've gone bust, but it's a bit late to let the bank know - they took my payment from my account on 17th January - the day after I placed my order with them. I paid with my switch card, so I don't think the bank would be able to help.
I guess that I've got vey little chance of getting my money back. Not a very good advert for shopping channels.
