How does Ebay charge you for a listing of an item?

Do they charge your credit card via Paypal even your Paypal account doesn't have any funds?

yes , they do !! and they will chase you for the money even if your item doesnt sell

Any charges incurred such as listing fees and final value fee of the items, will go onto your eBay seller account, which must be payed off each month by the specified methods on eBay which are :

- PayPal
- Direct Debit from your bank account
- Credit card
- Cheque or postal order
