My mum used to work as a seamstress and the clothes she used to make were all the same clothes out of the same material just with different labels sewn in them, she was given a huge bundle of material and a mixture of lables for different shops from the most expensive stores to the cheapest to sew into the clothes she made, for example JD sports wear is really expensive in my eyes, but the t-shirts are the same t-shirts sold in a cheaper store for much less just with a different label sewn into it, so why waste your good earned money on the real thing when you might as well go fake, they all do it.

In your JD Sports example, there are no fakes involved.

Different outlets are selling the same shirts, with different labels.

Tha fakes question involves different outlets selling completely different items, but with the same labels.

It's completely the opposite situation.

For what it's worth I agree with your last post ... if you can buy an identical shirt somewhere else, and all you are missing is the JD Sports label, then yes ... save some money!

No i know its not to do with fakes it was just an example of saving money jogger-jayne, why buy expensive items wen you can get very much the sam tem for less.

My mate had a bucket load of stone island fakes.

I had a zip up cardigan off him for 8 quid.

Went and priced up a similar genuine 1 in a shop and it was �185.00 and the quality of the fake was much better

I can never understand why people buy designer wear, take Posh for instance buying a handbag for �1500, ffs a handbag is a handbag why buy a handbag at that price, you're only putting money into the designers coffer who's laughing all the way to the bank.

but someone like posh who has 3 kids, you would of thought she would spend the money on them rather than a handbag which you dont really need?
