Amazon non-arrival

Does anyone have experience of what happens if something does not arrive from Amazon. It was dispatched two weeks ago via the free postal service but hasn't shown yet. We haven't had that many issues with post because of the snow so I have a feeling it just might not show up. It was only about 11 quid but what will they do if it doesn't ever turn up?

I agree with bednobs. It's very rare that I buy books, dvds or cds from a high street shop these days.

Hello, I am from the UK but live in Greece. I am a big fan of amazon, but the other day with my parcels from them was another parcel for somebody in the UK. It was addressed to me but the invoice inside was for someonen in essex. I sent the parcel back to sussex. Amazon are excellent but everybody makes mistakes.

Just return it milly, email them first and ask for their comment, it arrived too late. The weather's not their fault but if they want to keep people's business, they'll accept unused/unopened returns. I've sent stuff back to Amazon before and had no problems.
