Dear oh dear ..I shall have to go and lie down now with a large gin ..b&&ger the hbl tea ...someone make me a bit of toast .The butler is having a wobbly in the pantry...I forgot his Brasso when I did me big shop ...

Anyway ..it's dull ,damp and cold here ..typical Bank Holiday and we have put the heating on for a while it's so chilly .

Hello All It's chucking it down here. And as one says it will do the garden good LOL.
Dolly please dont you go as well, I am like you,don't contribute a great deal but love reading the posts and putting my two penneth in now and again and I'm sure everybody else doesn't mind that. And anyway I tell my friends about The biddies and how far apart in the world we are except Robi and me of course.

Well last night was great except there was nowhere to dance. The place heaved and the MPT were a great success. I think they brought half the population of Derby with them. Going again tonight there's another group on called 11th hour and tomorrow night Neti it's the Maniloon lookalike. I shall be worn out on Tuesday as I'm off to Meadow Hall with my sister for my wedding outfit for my son's and his fiancee's big day.

Have just done my duty and voted in the local elections. Now off for lunch on the beach with Mr N's sister whom we haven't seen for about 10yrs. Then no doubt a long siesta, followed by raging headache (due to over comsumption of wine).

I love brussel sprouts LOL!! Well that's about my day over. Was going out but would you believe I had a bath and instead of getting ready I put my PJs on and stayed in. Still I have a good day tomorrow to look forward to. The Rams at 3 and then The Maniloon on at my local at night. Have a good night all of you, hope it's better weather tomorrow.:o)

It's still raining here ..hope it's better somewhere else ..anywhere else actually .It was an awful wild and windy night and it's more of the same today by the look of it .
We had planned to take my aunt out for a drive round and a lunch somewhere but it won't be much fun in this lot so that's off....I'll have to stay in and knit dishcloths .
If I didn't have these two men and a dog to contend with I'd take myself back to bed it's so depressing !!

good moaning...same here shaney it's dreadful, still wild and wet & VERY cold! We too were supposed to be visiting our brother but as you say there's no enjoyment in this. Just getting him in & out of the car can take 10 mins & you're all soaked....& slippery.

Hope Derby win today Jude...not because it matters to me but life won't be worth living around here if they lose!

I'll go & try to create something from these empty beer cans, sprout peelings & chs labels.
