Answerbank social life?

Reading through the answers to many of the questions posted on Answerbank it is clear that a few key people contribute most of the answers. In the responses it seems as if these people are very familiar with eachother's views and prejudices... much like old friends. So, I am interested... do you ever meet up outside of this Website? Or do you only ever interact in the virtual world?

I wish that each person had a profile which could include whatever information they'd like to share, such as email address'.

In some cases, it would be interesting to be able to evaluate members' experience with various subjects.  There is a lot of bum information, especially about the law.

I agree with KebabMeister about the profiles, maybe they should include an optional photogragh so you could see who you are talking to, but I suppose that many people enjoy the anonymity. Just a thought ;o)

i think the AB is a bit to anonimous and there 

should be a bit more social aspect i do not 

mean that it should become a chit chat site 

but it is nice to know about who u r talking

Well, if any AB'ers are ever in Fuerteventura and want a cold beer and a good old verbal. im up for it.

As for going back to cold ol blighty for a re-union, ill just send a postcard thanks.

Well seeing as this is in the science section for some reason I will add the comment that I would really like the time of the posting to be added as well as the date.  Oh, and I have no social life.

the thing is, there are many regular posters who everyone recognises and comes to expect certain people to respond to certain questions. andy hughes is a fountain of knowledge, scarlett is hilarious, and netibiza likes to let her naughty side out, to give a few examples, and so even without actually knowing any one of these people it's possible to become familiar with them.

and yes, i do have a social life believe it or not! i'm only on here when i should be doing schoolwork.
