I think this goes under this category. Well i have tried looking on penpal sites and such for people who are arty/poetic/creative/different but does anyone know any online communitys for interests like these? For all ages?

This is a trivia and discussion site, but if you wait till you get to know people for a while you can then message them in private and then it's up to you. It certainly has the calibre of members you're after, though only a fraction live in the UK as it started in the States.

One way to find a community online is to Google your interest and add the words "message board" to your query.  For example, if you enjoy poetry, and want to find folks with a similar interest, either Google "poetry" (or your favorite poet) + "message boards", and it will usually lead you to a community or group of that nature.
