If the person doing the traces has the right access to confidential websites,then yes.

I have come across many websites where different amounts of money will buy you different levels of access to such information, but I don't know which are trustworthy if any. Best bet is to hire a private investigator. Online also your name will be associated every search being carried out, while with a PI you can remain 99% anonymous.
