There are a group of women and girls who all seem to dress the same, all have long hair with no fringe, and they wear a small triangular head scarf, often blue.
They seem to be from a religious group but which one?

They are most likely the Plymouth Brethren as suggested earlier.
There is a big Brethren centre near where I live and we often see the worshippers attending. The women never wear trousers and all females have long hair, brushed back and covered with a headscarf. I believe the women are not permitted to cut their hair.
Of course, there may be other Christian sects that also wear headscarves!
Mystress - I was hoping to find a more up-to-date images link to the Quakers, but couldn't find one!
I wouldn't imagine that anyone would dress like that today - so apologies if that's the impression it gave!
The only reason I suggested Quakers, is because there were a couple of girls at our Granddaughter's middle school, who wore blue triangle head scarves, so did the Mum. When my Granddaughter & her friends asked why they wore these, they were told they were Quakers.
