Marriage records

Is there anywhere on the net I can find marriage records from the last twenty years with just one parties name and date of birth? Also birth records in the dame period?

Try here .  It is just the very basics though, they are listed in quarters not in dates (eg if you were born in February you may find your birth registered in Jan-Mar OR Apr-Jun).  If you need a certificate it is MUCH cheaper to order it from the registry office where it was originally registered, though the reference on the national records will not tie in with their reference number.
