Monday. A busy day on the canal yesterday. Lots of nice people came in. The sun was shining. We took £611. £285 of that was ice creams. A most enjoyable day. It looks like today is going to be warm and sunny again. Might get the barbie going.

I'll finish my tea and get the wee dog up and out. She's more sense than me and won't go out in the rain.

I volunteer in our local Oxfam book shop (moving the weekly accounts from paper to spreadsheet) and I can appreciate that the amount that you raised is a good amount of money. Ours is a nice little shop and we also sell books on-line via the Oxfam website.

My furry friends have stuffed their faces, had a fight and are now off back to bed. I will be joining them very soon.

A wonderful day of book work here, getting ours and the youngsters tax stuff ready for the accountant to submit, what fun. It was a glorious day outside today, what a shame to miss most of it.
