chavvy kids names
What would you say are the most ridiculous chavvy Christian names you hear mothers or fathers shout at their kids these days - You know the sort of thing - Chelsea,Britney,etc.....- Not saying that these are chavvy names mind you,but you get the jist of what I am getting at !

It's based in the US, where parents seem to be a bit more, er, imaginitive than they are here.
I've no particular objection to surnames being used as first names, or names from the Bible, or names from mythology - nobody would object to a child being called Diana, so why object to Andromeda. And do you think Winston Churchill was teased about his first name?

I am an American in America, and I used to work in the inner city. I actually knew two girls named Sparkle Bacon and Special Perry. (Bacon and Perry being their surnames.)
I am a teacher, so I come across plenty of names. One interesting trend here is the use of surname-sounding names, often ending in -son for the Christian names of Taiwanese-American boys. I have known many children with names such as Harrison, Jefferson, etc. And right now, I have a student named Dehowe.
I also have an Alvie, a Janaya, and a Bryonna.
Britney must take the biscuit!
The trouble we have though is that names like Mercedes, Porsche and Chardonnay were being used by the rich and famous for years and now they're having to come up with even more outrageous names!!

being said to her by her 16 year old mother at the checkout has to win hands down!
Oh i have come acroos so many through-out the years.
How can i ever forget the twins, Harmony and Melodie (i kid you not).

Aaliyah, Makenzie, Mason, Madison, Carlton, Carson, Regan, Teegan, Savannah, Makenna... oh the list could go on
