Had two good holidays there is 1975 & 1976, was such a friendly place, and small enough to get to know every one.
It remained closed for years and I took some pictures before it was demolished to make way for the new Corton Sewage works

Hello. I used to go to Corton Caravans every year in the 70's and 80's with my mum and dad. We used to go for the first two weeks in July. We usually stayed in caravan O1 and were called Nuts. Crackers were the even numbers.
My mum still keeps in contact with friends she met there, and ironically, my dad's ashes are scattered there!
We used to have a great time there as kids, with Uncle Ronnie and his fun and games.
When we knew the new owners, reletives of the Potters down the road, I was asked to be in their brochure and on one of their postcards. (If anyone has it, I'm the one on the rope swing in the adventure playgroud that covered the old railway line)
Anyway, if you'd like more info, just let me know on here.
I hope this helps.
