is "getting a knighthood" mean a "sir" title and "getting knighted" a obe /mbe/cbe ?

no, both mean being made a Sir (or I suppose a Dame: there's no phrase 'to be damed' so I guess 'to be knighted' includes women too). People who get the other awards are just 'being honoured'.
