Finding somebody in Scotland.

My partner wants to try and locate his daughter's uncle and we seem to have hit a brick wall.We have his name,last known address,and that it.I have been on 192.com,b4usearch,friendsreunited,you name it Ive had a go.I did a property search and found that the house had been sold 3 times in the last 6 years so the new owners wouldnt know where he is.Any bright ideas.??Oh,and he apparently used to work for the BBC.(random piece of info I know!)

Why not print your query in the Daily Record newspaper as this newspaper is so widely read in Scotland that if the person you are looking for does not see it , the chances are that someone who knows him will be able to tell him that someone is looking for him. You can say who you are searching for , give his name , age , last known address etc and leave your tel no for people to contact you. Even your mobile would do if you don't want to leave your home tel no as a lot of people do that. You can do this in the following ways :
