calling all people from the northwest and surrounding areas!!!

this is a stupid post but i have to ask. about 10 years ago my brother was getting on a train at wigan going to southport, when he got on he seen a man dressed like a tramp with a bic pen that had a barbies head selotaped to the top of it with all its hair cut off. the man was wiered and genuinley thought the "pen head thing" was real and was talking to it and asking it for directions. my brother is now 29 and last year went to see the blackpool illuminations, when he got there, guess who was there!!! PEN HEAD MAN!!!!!!! i couldnt beleive it and was just curious wether anyone else has seen him knocking about in the northwest area because im assuming hes fromt there.if any one has seen him pllleeeaaasseee give me a post, thanks.

Anyway she was in Blackpool one day and bumped into this tramp and she was surprised to see him and asked "What are doing here"
He looked at her as though she was mad and answered
"I'm on holiday!"
I suppose even tramps have to have a holiday!
As far you penhead fella goes - i havent seen him myself but know people who have so your brother wasnt seeing things!
