Why does everyone seem to hate Paddy Keilty?

What does everyone have against this guy? I have met him a couple of times (not that he'd remember) and each time have found him to be easy going and very likeable but no-one else on here seems to have a good word for him...Why? What is it that draws this reaction?

I have pontificated at some length on the Site about PK - it is entirely his unfunny material that annoys me - considering he is labeled as a comedian. Plenty of other people have been 'chopped' after less time being more funny than Mr K - maybe he has signed a megabucks deal, so they keep hoping he will catch on in the 'you'll get used to it' idea of programming. He looks like a small boy trying to do a nervous version of a chat show host, and he never seems to imrprove. OK so he may be a nice person off-screen - so is Freddy Krueger!
