Just how far does it go? Apparently, these days prisoners can just about challenge every rule in the book if it can be interpreted as breaching their human rights . Or persons entering the country illegally, being able to question the decisions of courts to deport them. Has the government made a rod for it's own back by embracing this law in such a wholesale way?

This goverment got exactly what they wanted, its another step, (a big one), towards the destruction of this country,

But then, i'm biased, I love this country, and i'm seeing it being totally destroyed.

Me too Lonnie. Although where I work in the health service I have to watch what I say about loving my country, as we have been told that expressing such feelings can cause offence and there can also been 'issues' with inclusiveness and diversity. I just keep my mouth shut.
Hopefully, it can't go much further, as, along with legislation on health and safety, personal injury claims and the shadowy political correctness, it is straining the limits of people's tolerance. Not before it's made millions for our lawyer Prime Minister, his lawyer wife and all their lawyer friends in London, Brussels and Strasbourg of course.
It has certainly made a rod for the back of any future government, but, Carol Anne, we are not alone, and one day we may have a government which has the courage to amend or repeal this Act. Make your candidates very aware of your views!
Surely your not advocating repealing 'health and safety laws'? or 'personal injury laws' especially when caused by someones gross negligence?
You'd be at home in the Victorian era when no-one lower than middle class counted for anything
should have read "anyone lower etc"
