What are the people in your office talking about at the moment?

My office is fantastic - it's full of really witty people, so banter is at a constantly high level, mixed with occasional serious discusion. Current serious issue is our rewritten Job Description which none of us agree with. Banter includes our ever-failing PC's and how despicable Arsenal are (we are in Stoke).

Ours generally revolves around when lunchtime is and what we will have, or whose turn it is to buy biscuits :) (yes it's an office full of girls !) At the moment tho we're discussing the sadcase from IT who thought it obviously that important he should email the entire company to let us know that the Star Wars that was released on DVD last week is actually the digitally remastered 1997 version and not the original 1977, 1980 and 1983 versions and the prices in eight different stores, and what you get for that price. Because we all really needed to know.

My boss Jacquie is obsessed with Westlife and is talking about their appearance on last nite's Celebrity Awards. Everyone else is talking to customers...

We're talking a lot about our dipsh*t president, what Kerry is doing wrong in his campaign, etc. Also - my coworker's task this past weekend helping her packrat friend move to a new apartment. Also - finding good therapists. Also - good places to go camping around here. Also - flaky people who don't return our phone calls and we have no idea if they're doing their jobs that we need them to do. Also - whether we should go out and buy some chocolate at the moment.

Lovely crowd of people in an advice centre. In between calls it's usually about who's got biscuits and chocs hidden in their desk! It's always light hearted banter as the calls we deal with are often very complex and we need jolity inbetween.

Just ordered some Sushi so we were talking about what we'd like and also how expensive it is - although we agreed it's so nice it's worth it. Talking about the celeb awards that I went to and how much I am looking forward to visiting my parents this weekend!!!
