Concern about a company Idguard?

Hi, This company IDguradUK claim to provide free credit report. But the fact is, they have formed Terms and conditions in a way that , its free for seven days and after that it will automatically subscribe you for annual service of �299 without even any remninder. Which I think is a trap for customers, adn this is anyways very high compared to comoanies like experian who give you credit file at �5.99 everytime you access it, If this comaony is not fraud they would get customers whho want to be their customers not people like me who get trapped in T&c. I hope someone can find right way to teach them a lesson. [email protected]

i'm sure they did not give you a membership ID and password. so how do you access your report? Ask your bank to charge back the amount. They threaten to bring in the debt recovery people. Yes let them bring them in. What are you owing them. instead they are owing you for not keeping their own side of the bargain
