I only "know" what it means in the sense that I know that it doesn't mean anything.  It doesn't stand for anything.  It was invented as a practical joke.  And of course Indie was joking about not being allowed to tell - he can't tell in any case, because it doesn't stand for anything.

The people who know that it doesn't mean anything know the reasons why it is necessary to pretend that it means something in order to confuse the people who don't know that it doesn't stand for anything and who think that it means something rather than telling people what it stands for when it doesn't stand for anything.

Georgit.  Please don't be cross.  It does mean something, but it's just a silly little thing.  Probably is a bit cliquey - although it's only a fun thing.  I promise if you go to this thread you will see a couple of answers there which will give you moe than a clue.
