job advice please

i have been offered a new job im not keen on the one im in i want tp call this afternoon but dont have the guts or words to tell them i dont want to go back i never signed a contract
cowards way out needed please !!!

hey just bite the bullet and tell them that you are not happy there anymore and have found something that is better suited to you and thanks for your time there...they cant make you go to work there you know lol...good luck and just be honest with them...they will appreciate your honesty more than not just turning up always leave a job on good terms you just never know if you might to need to go back...although you sound as if you wouldnt anyway lol....

Would work to your advantage if you end your employment via correct way. Main Reason being is when your next employer asks for a refrence from your previous employer ......... you will find yourself in Sh!t Street?

i know what your all saying no i wouldnt be dropping them in it where in law does it say you need to give a weeks notice with no contract eddie i just want to go the manager is a cowbag from hell i hate confontation !!!

i am just drained i have done 3 3-10 shifts in a row followed by a sleep shift after each one i was awake from 3 this morning as one odf our residents fell with a broken hip finished at 8 and am due to go back for another 3-10 followed by an on call 10-8 shift

Just write a letter stating you are leaving, and giving a weeks notice.

Even if you did it face to face they would ask for it in writing anyay.

senior care assistant ummm not a junior. Like i say it was nice that they let her online whilst working as many jobs frown on that. Just hope they have plenty overtime at the new job too.

Working 3 to 10 3 days in a row. Dont you have a calendar? Look bottom right of your screen and click at the clock. Simples . Just peeling the layers thats all.

She was saying goodbye because she was going to work. As far as I'm aware she doesn't post from work and that's why she says goodbye.
