The thing is - what if you were to creep up behind one at a shopping centre and yank the whole lot down ? I imagine them shouting "I'm gonna bang you up bruv innit!" as they struggle to pull them back up, tripping over as they try to chase after you.

Fortunately I'm of a generation that was taught self control so I can look but there's absolutely no danger of me touching! Anyway they're just babies, when they've grown up they will perhaps have learnt how to dress properly.

It seems quite a dated look now, the low pant with grey undies style.

The more up-to-date young men are in drain pipes, grandad cardigans and floppy hair, much more appealing.

Hate it! And my neighbour's 12 year old daughter actually has trousers with a false underpant at the top, so it looks as if her trousers are past her hips.

Belts are not allowed in American prisons, so trousers hang down and hang loose, showing the underwear.
SOME prisoners exaggerate the look to show they are available for sex in return for favours and protection.
