This is the punishment if someone is sincere in stopping all this.

Not just a bit harsh, perhaps?
That article says they also execute people for Apostasy!!!

Crikey ... that would certainly thin out the UK population !!!
Hardly seems to be a deterrent though does it considering there were 52 other beheadings for rape before him this year alone?
It's a bit early for Moani24, but I'm sure she will be most interested in this and will catch up with you later in the day. Rather cruel to behead someone for something which appears to be the norm in certain parts of our enlightened realm (i.e forced incestuous sodomy).
That's all executions, B00

So it could include the people who got beheaded for deciding not to be religious any more. The Apostates!
//This is the punishment if someone is sincere in stopping all this. //

It's not stopping it though. This man raped someone. It didn't stop him.
Saudi law usually considers rape is impossible , it is always the woman's fault for being provocative or agreeing. Women have been stoned to death for adultary after being raped.
Rum lot those Arabs.

... is a good point.
Keyplus, whilst I respect anyone's right to believe in whatever religion they choose, for me Sharia law is culturally uncomfortable. We do not execute people in the UK anymore, we have ceased the use of capital punishment and corporal punishment and we should never return to that. It's also naieve assuming that the victim wanted a member of her own family judicially murdered because of a crime committed against her. She may very well have been raped, horribly no doubt, but killing her brother, father, son whoever he was is actually likely to damage her all over again.
I have Muslim friends who are super nice people, in fact my best friend is a liberal Muslim but Sharia law and particularly the Saudi idea of justice and law and order must catagorically be stopped from ever taking root in the UK.
They're not allowed any Rum, Mousey.
Look at this link, to 'prove ' rape it must have been witnessed by 4 male witnesses who give evidence, other wise the woman is guilty of adultary

McM...maybe......but it must work as you very rarely see headless Arabs.
Mike, no need to be rude again - I've been here for an hour or so.
Good point jj. But the beheaded bloke had been on the sherbet.
The point is the threatened punishment clearly doesn't stop it. If it did, this man wouldn't have done it and hence would have kept possession of his head.
Probably just as well, Mousy.

The alcohol would help prevent him getting any infection from a dirty sword.
It really puts in perspective the expression "Had too much to drink and lost his head"
:0)
Nox, if you're still about, have you noticed that Assange isn't suspected of rape any more?

All a mistake. Just as well Hague hadn't got around to beheading him.
