If Jesus were to return to earth today, how would he prove he was actually Jesus and not just be seen as a magician? Would anyone believe him?

Well of course the Muslims would and the the JW's are always up for a good tale but I think the man in street "blessed with a little common sense" would be a little more hesitant to say the least.
Zacs, //But if he were Jesus, would he have DNA?//

There you go. ;o)

Keyplus, //I don't think Muslims would have any problem in recognising him however Christians will have to prove that they are his followers as they are way out when it comes to his teachings even according to the Bible available today.//

He wouldn’t recognise any of you - and none of you would recognise him.
I truly believe he would prove himself, beyond peradventure, if he was to come into R&S here in AB and rescue some of the goodly unGodly from their faithless ways.
How do you think he would do that?
Sorry flobadob that your post appeared to degenerate into a rant about Scotland for a short while. Didn't think you had asked about Mars Bars, football or Taggart but hey it was ever so slightly amusing. Agree Anne, here in Dundee I've never seen a deep fried Mars Bar never mind eat one - Yuk.
He might invite the most sceptical to come to Hyde Park and witness a display of walking on water. Then he'd turn the Serpentine that he'd just walked over into a lake of wine.
Surely then they'd believe?
Are the Mars Bars battered first? Surely they'd melt otherwise?
A lake of red wine sounds good. ;o)
He might as well make it a memorable one. Would this do?

Not sure it would convince me - but it'll do for starters.
flobadob; If it is a serious question, I hope you were not expecting a serious answer on here.
Khandro, my answer was serious!
Khandro, I've given a serious answer. A DNA test. How about you giving a serious answer?
The Jews believe the Messiah will enter Jerusalem via the "Golden Gate" in the east wall. Unfortunately, the Turks bricked up the Golden Gate in the 16th century, so if the Messiah did enter this way it would be a miracle and He would certainly recognised.
Oh! Hang on! Didn't David Copperfield pass through the Great Wall of China a few years ago. Perhaps he'll do the Golden Gate for his next trick.

He'd do something that ordinary humans can't do.

Like lick his elbow.

Or walk past a Dyson fan without putting his hand in the middle to see if you can feel anything.
"see if you can feel"? You oan sumthin' hen?
maybe...............those who are called Thomas would be the only ones to question his greatness !!!!!!!
To quote jomifl from elsewhere; 'I can't be arsed' with reading through all this drivel, I won't answer, but ask a further question; Why would he want to?
/ I don't think Muslims would have any problem in recognising him however /
I hope not unless they beheaded him by mistake :o)
