Who is the person with a white dog-collar who sits in a single seat at the Speaker's and of the Chamber behind the SNP MPs?

Your post makes no reference to either race or gender but, if the person you refer to is black and female, then I'd guess at . . .

Sorry - I got the wrong end of the chamber. If you look behind Mhairi Black in this clip you'll see who I mean, but it's not always the same person. During PMQs there's usually a man sitting in the single seat, always with the white round-necked collar.

That's a woman isn't it. (I mean the person behind is, not Mhairi Black)
I think Mobius wants the title given to those who wear that dress in the House, I though Clerk but nothing very specific coming up.

The Clerk of the House sits at the table in front of the Speaker, so it's not him! I've only noticed this mysterious character since the Scot Nats gained a role in PMQs and he/she is always there in the single seat behind the SNP leader. Can anyone enlighten us?
