As far as the UK is concerned I don't think so, though plenty of them are forbies. Can't speak for the US.

If you are acknowledged as jewish, ( i.e. your mother was jewish) you have the right to go and live in Israel (Aliyah) without having to get formal citizenship or an Israeli passport. There must be heaps of MPs and members of the House of Lords who qualify, but actually going and taking up Aliyah is quite another matter.
