The mind boggles at how and why anybody could possibly believe this drivel.

:-) I love Mrs Brown...
It's not more Looney Tunes - it's the same Looney Tune. It comes from the group that founded the Creation Museum.

So do I NM.
Thank goodness you included the Mrs Brown clip.

I can understand how some uneducated people, in a third-world country, in the back of beyond, could believe this drivel, but not in a modern country with universal education.

Why don't they just use some common sense ?

Zacs....I have always thought that education is designed to make people think, but as far as some of these American weirdos are concerned, I am not so sure any more.

Join a religion but leave your intellect outside it would seem to me !
Can't be bothered to read the whole article, but why not look upon it as simply a work of art ? They took a biblical fable and recreated the boat described. I'm sure it looks fine. May be a nice little earnier in tickets to look over.
Religious lunacy is not the sole preserve of the Americans. Far from it.
The photographs are lovely. I think it's an amazing piece of work. It might also help people to realise that, in reality, the whole thing is just a story.
But America is supposedly one of the most civilised countries...
It's all too easy to dismiss people who believe such stuff to be truth as mentallists.

So that's just what I'll do.
Take a look at the happy clappy 'Born Agains' in this country.

OG...the kind of people that Ham attracts to this exhibit, and all his others, are not visiting an Art Gallery. They truly think that what they are seeing is the truth....the "gospel" truth in fact.

I have met some of these Americans over the years....they lack the ability to think for themselves and are prey to charlatans like Ham.
But they are already converted. Although I'd suspect many other Christians, and possibly other faiths, might like to take a gander.
♫ Mr Noah built an ark
The people thought it such a lark
Mr Noah pleaded so
But into the ark they would not go

Down came the rain in torrents
Down came the rain in torrents
Down came the rain in torrents
And only eight were saved ♫

Remembered from my Happy Clappy Sunday School days. :-)

....and a goose, OG.
Okay then, if it's so historically accurate, where did Noah keep all the fish?
I see no tanks whatsoever.

I rest my case. :-)
i'm a little puzzled by the inclusion of dinosaurs in the exhibit - weren't their fossilized remains planted in the ground by God for humans to find and ponder? the beasts certainly weren't documented in the bible and QED probably weren't around at the time of Noah.....
