I watched the small clip from your link, it shows as a woman, Freddie wanted to be a man but also wanted to have a baby, he she stopped taking her testosterone half way through so she could conceive , so it shows the 20 week scan then the shouts of someone giving birth to a baby boy, there's a blonde lady apparent in the film too but unless I'm totally naive
/ confused ,how the baby got there, I don't know , mind you it was a very short clip

Female identifies as a male and starts the procedure. Decides to have a baby naturally (as natural as possible) and then will continue with his transition into a male. As a female he was sexually attracted to men. As a male he is still attracted to men which will make him gay.
