Should We Create A Third Gender?

Given all the controversy over the transgender issue and whether or not men who self-identify as women should be allowed to use women’s facilities, should we establish an accepted third gender as I believe some other countries have, and allocate those people separate spaces?

It is not because of how people feel, identify, how they are... it's because of the "solutions" they choose. And that is a choice. Not the way they feel, but what they choose to do about it.
People can identify, do, whatever they like. But- the problem is, they haven't bothered to make their own words, language, descriptions... they are misappropriating other people's. So those words no longer mean what they did, to anyone. And it causes confusion and conflict (in sports, for instance). Choosing different words, even... would be a start. And nobody could be bothered or offended.
