Why on earth were you doing that Nailit? You could of bought disposables or wash your linen ones daily
//I will no longer be wearing a damp, sweaty, snottty, germ ridden, rag around my breathing apparatus.//

Why on earth were you doing that Nailit? You could of bought disposables or wash your linen ones daily. Some shops even handed out free clean disposables
Go and hide under your cupboard bob.
Masks are useless.
(As NJ has pointed out repeatedly on here)

I'm still not going out except to the local shop (2 mins away) so mine don't get a chance to become damp, sweaty and snotty and we get provided with them from OH's work.
They were useless if you deliberately wore a snotty germ ridden on.
Whose hiding in a cupboard- another illinformed comment
well if NJ pointed it out he should apply to lead the WHO or get CMO job with his superior knowledge
NJ is not always right just because he pretends he's a real judge.
Yes Ed/Spare - you should have made it a closed thread.
//Yes Ed/Spare - you should have made it a closed thread//
Why?
Because they disagree with you nails. However, I totally agree with you and New Judge. Some people can’t see the wood for the trees.
It's a poll, I cannot be the only one to be sick to the back teeth of all the squabbling on this topic.
I was marshalling outside of a vaccination centre back in the spring when the weather was really cold. We started early on a frosty morning and yes, our masks were completely sodden. Due to the disparity between our breath and the cold weather. Very unhealthy in my opinion.
Squabbling or discussing Mamy?

''I cannot be the only one to be sick to the back teeth of all the squabbling on this topic.''
And What about others who arnt?
You, and others, arnt the only ones to use AB.
Agreed , they should of ensured they were changed regularly, also when it rained. If outdoors may not have been worth wearing anyway. I never wear them outdoors except when nipping from one shop to another
Mine was for 237SJ
Nailit isn't the only Aber to tell us of the poor state they keep/kept their masks in.
It's not difficult or very costly to have a selection of clean, hygienic masks available for use.
^ It was a sunny frosty morning. No rain. Sodden with breath in about 5 minutes. Who do you think would replace them? This was at a vaccination centre.
I probably am in the minority Nailit, but when Polls arrive,I share the view of Sqad @ 14.33.
We have a selection of masks from home made to bought ones. We replace them as needed.
I know. They get damp when frosty and when raining. If you were working a sa marshal and they insisted you wore them they should have provided changes of masks if you couldnt. Id of taken mine off and not one the marshaling if they insisted I wear a soggy one all day
