Now single. (been married) (had one long term relationship since then) but now feel like I dont want to get back on the dating scene again (in my 40's) Birthday next week btw lol. As I cant face going through all those first dates etc, getting to know someone etc.
Am I the only singleton on here, who feels the same?

I think i'd be the same. I'm basically a lazy cow, and if I ever split up with Mr Boo (or clobbered him- whichever comes first) I don't think I could be bothered dating again. It'd all be just too much effort.
Think I'd just acquire lots of cats and be the old woman the local kids call a witch and taunt, well, until I threw a cat at em a la Simpsons stylee.

found it i have been wed for thirty four years so can,t really give any advice i was very lucky ,it was love at first sight for me and i still adore her so have not had to go through all that meeting and building a relationship and then going through the trauma of finishing it , mind you she frikkin hates me she says i am a fat english git . i dont think she meens it though cus she phones me to let me know when she will be home from a night out with her friends.
