Blind Dreams

People whom have been blind from birth - Do they dream and if so what do they see?

I would think they do dream ,and see imagination, dreams are all in the mind.

Of course they dream, and not all sighted people 'see' their dreams.

They dream in words, sounds, emotions and sensations.

They would have to dream as that is one of the brain's mechanisms for repair and growth during sleep, as I understand it.
