Some good news and some bad news!

If you Google Hebrew alphabet there are pages such as this one:-

http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Ju daism/alephbet.html

Now for the bad news ... there doesnt seem to be a letter which corresponds to C.

I was going to add that Hebrew is written from right to left, but CSC gets around that problem, if you can find a C.
I can't quite understand why you would want a tattoo in Hebrew unless you were Jewish - but then again if you are Jewish wouldn't you know Hebrew or at least know someone with knowledge of Hebrew?
I have a tattoo in chinese and am not chinese
