when you tied the knot? And did you have a grand day with white floating dress or was it low key?

I was 38 and my big day was very, very low key.

What - on top, or UNDER his kilt??
I have never been asked Mrs Chappie.
13 years oddly.. still quite like him and adore his parents -he's with them in Majorca as we speak..
I was 26. Been with him for 9 years before we did the whole big church thing and then marquee back at the family home. I wore a gold sheath dress (lace bodice and satin skirt) with an antique gold lace veil and a tiara. Unfortunately, I came down with a skin disease 6 weeks before the wedding (my body's reaction to my soon to be husband's shingles) so my backless sleeveless sexy dress had to have sleeves put in it and an extra panel cos the steroids I was taking made me pack on the weight. It was a fantastic day - really traditional country wedding - although the less traditional bit was the Red Arrows doing a full display as we came out of church and me giving the groom's speech (he told me he couldn't do it 30 seconds before he was due to stand up so I just had to deal with it). It was a fantastic day in a fantastic setting (my parents' house is something quite special) - the only thing I got wrong was the groom!!!!!
Leggie - you can be a softie - please don't be harsh with me.. hippyhoppy adores you...
