and the teen birth control is quite 'nanny stating' in a sense although what of chinas one child policy? and what of restrictions on time with convienience products? and what if all exams were suddenly much harder to pass? what

Completely agree, and as for Keyplus's point #6, gag the papers as well.

An "interesting" concept would be to be birth controlled from birth and only be allowed off it if you could prove you were a suitable parent who can financially support their child.

I don't mean that no-one could have benefits to support a child, more so stop people who are on benefits having ridiculous amounts of children when they can't afford them.
