Dial 141 and then the number you want to call
Key in the number 141 before you enter the phone number you are dialling.
isn't the land line one 1471?
thats for a landline but dont think its the same from a mobile, go into setting and should be somewhere there saying dont send number
ha-ha thats where I have gone wrong then ;p-0)
To withold your number on a BT Landline, preceed the nuber with 141.
Don't know about Mobile's sorry.
Please remember some people's phones(that you are calling) will not accept calls with "number witheld".
tut Bobbi.....and you an ex BT lady.
Dialling 1471 from a landline tells you the last number who rang you.
Bobbi,
1471 is to check who has just called you.
141 works for both mobiles and landlines...
that's 147 innit..lol
I know crafty, hand slapped very hard,
but I never have used that anyway
not on mine it doesnt
senior moment, bloody 1471 to see if you have a friend or not

arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Gina...you can't with hold your number?
the only way i can withhold my number from my mobile is as i said befor go to settings.....
not by putting 141 in first
Never mind Bobbi,
Blame it on the snow, everybody else is blaming everything else on it!
Mind you, come the thaw you will have NO excuses! LOL
Works on mine...always has.
