Is it possible for a woman to rape a man?
61 Answers
Does anyone think it is possible for a woman to rape a man? ie force herself on him to have sex in the conventional manner. It can't be because, for a man to perform he has to be aroused and if he is aroused then he obviouly wants to have sex and so it then cannot be rape. If he is not aroused then rape by a woman would be impossible.

As for whether a woman can force a man to have sex it would depend on the strength and personality of those involved.
As for whether the law admits to it being rape, well the law is known to be an ass anyway.

As for your other statement about having to be aroused so it can't be rape, that sounds very naive re human reproduction. The conscious mind can be objecting while the physical body can respond. Or are you saying that any woman who is raped but who orgasms during the violation must have been willing and therefore can not have been raped ?

Good point.
If she orgasmed, would she accuse the partner of rape?
How could the presence of an orgasm be confirmed?
I would have thought that the presence of an orgasm is inconsequential in a case of rape.

Does viagra give you a hard on whether you want one or not?
For instance if you were attacked, surely, you would not be aroused anymore? I thought Viagra intensified the erection, made it last longer etc, but you would still have to be slightly turned on in the first place. Otherwise it would be a magnificent practical joke to slip into a mates drink!!

No chance of a woman standing trial for rape. The CPS might charge a woman with serious sexual assault, but rape would be entirely unsustainable. The legal definition of rape precludes it. A judge would direct the prosecution to change the nature of the charge, or risk having the case thrown out, possibly with the plaintiff bearing the court costs.
A word from a man here to all you ladies. Any man can get an erection when he does not want one, and from then it is very hard to resist any sexy female on heat. It is about as hard as resisting the urge the urge to pee, and both sexes know how hard this is. A woman would just call this seduction, and if it were me I would not press charges.
Hope this helps.
