Is it possible for a woman to rape a man?
61 Answers
Does anyone think it is possible for a woman to rape a man? ie force herself on him to have sex in the conventional manner. It can't be because, for a man to perform he has to be aroused and if he is aroused then he obviouly wants to have sex and so it then cannot be rape. If he is not aroused then rape by a woman would be impossible.

As paul says, going by the letter of UK law it's not possible.
rape is defined as...
1-(1) A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis,
(b) B does not consent to the penetration, and
(c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.
(2) Whether a belief is reasonable is to be determined having regard to all the circumstances, including any steps A has taken to ascertain whether B consents.
(3) Sections 75 and 76 apply to an offence under this section.
(4) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for life.
So no penis, no rape.

I used to joke that if I woke up next to a horror, I would claim temporary insanity brought on my being drugged by her and viciously raped.
But then, all jokes aside a guy we know from the gym was accused of rape because the girl had a boyfriend and she couldnt cope with the guilt. Long story short he ended up in court because she told BF he forced it on her against her will and the guy was in total dispare thinking he would do time. Luckily the case fell through
